Gene has been a fixture in the Indianapolis community, helping and serving others for many decades. His drive to help those less fortunate led him to focus on philanthropic efforts and build his own wealth planning practice. Previously, he served on the board of directors and finance committee for the Indiana State chamber of commerce for more than 30 years, as board member for the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis, board member and treasurer for the Nicholas H. Noyes Memorial Foundation, member of the investment advisory committee for the Central Indiana Community Foundation, and as trustee for the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Gene and his late wife, Rosie, were avid supporters of Early Learning Indiana, formerly known as Day Nursery Indianapolis.
Since 1958, Gene has guided high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and affluent families in the areas of wealth management, business succession, and retirement and estate planning strategies. After earning a B.S. in Business, majoring in Finance, from Indiana University, he went on to serve in the Armor Branch of the United States Army as a member of the 63rd Tank Battalion, 1st Infantry Division.
Even outside the office, you will find Gene reading research reports or meeting with clients for a meal and a conversation. Gene loves his family and always enjoys when his three children and 11 grandchildren come to visit.
Since 1985, Suzanne has guided her clients in the areas of retirement and estate planning strategies, college planning, investment and risk management strategies, and insurance planning. Suzanne focuses on building long-term client relationships centered on integrity, confidentiality, and transparency. She attended Wright State University and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Suzanne lives in Fishers, Indiana, with her husband, Ed, three dogs, and two cats. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, American Pianist Association, the Holy Spirit at Geist Choir, and The Rotary Club of Indianapolis. Suzanne serves as Treasurer and board member of Pet Friendly Services of Indiana and is a board member of The Rotary Club of Indianapolis. She also serves on several committees of The Rotary Club of Indianapolis and is the past president of the Indianapolis Stock and Bond Club. An avid animal lover, Suzanne volunteers with several local animal welfare organization and non-profits.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys hiking, playing the piano, gardening, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Kate earned a bachelor’s in Political Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Influenced by her uncle, Mike Gery, a longtime Indiana State Senator, Kate developed an early passion for helping others. The sheer act of listening to and educating others instilled the need to make a difference for future generations. Upon her mother’s passing and becoming the sole executor of her estate, Kate found her calling. This experience taught her the importance of financial planning and working with trusted professionals, solidifying her career in the financial services industry. She is highly regarded for building strong client relationships by providing a high level of service and through her genuine concern for their well-being.
Between 2015 and 2019, Kate strategically slowed her career to prioritize raising her two sons, James and Henry, a decision she holds dear. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her sons and their Cavachon, Bailey. You will likely find them working on puzzles, traveling, and playing outside. Her hobbies include thrifting, photography, attending live music events, and staying physically active. Kate has a passion for fine arts and fashion. She has spent time volunteering at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis and The Lafayette Museum of Art.
